General Description
The vessel to be a kind of multi-purpose carrier and construction and equipment of an ocean going, which is single screw, diesel engine driven, open hatch type, double hull, bulbous bow and transom stern.
The vessel to be subdivided into eight (8) main subdivisions: fore ship section with forecastle, deep fuel oil tank section, No.1 to No.4 hold, machinery space and aft peak, and poop and aft superstructure. No. 2 & 3 cargo hold are box shaped. While No.1& 4 cargo holds may have slope or square of bulkheads but without steps.
