General Description

The Icelandic 50.7m chilled trawler is a well-built high-quality fishing vessel of Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. designed by Icelandic design company Skipasyn, which mainly operates in the Arctic waters with mild climate in the North Atlantic Ocean. The vessel has a length of 50.7m, a beam of 12.8m, a deadweight of 360 tons, a speed of 14 knots and a bollard pull of 43 tons. The vessel is classed LR with Classification Society Certificate + 100 A1, Ice Resistance Class 1C, Stern Trawler, Classification Symbol UMS Unmanned Aircraft Compartment.

The vessel has excellent performance, the whole superstructure is made of aluminum alloy, the steel area above the waterline is anticorrosive by hot spraying zinc, and the paint of the outer plate is silicate paint with excellent performance. The equipment of the whole vessel is mostly imported, with a very high degree of automation, and the fishing operation method is favored by the fishermen in the North Atlantic Ocean. The interior decoration and home furnishings are made of reliable domestic materials and manufacturers, and the degree of decoration and luxury is no less than that of domestic roll-on/roll-off vessels.
