General Description

The ship, classed with CCS, is a passenger/vehicle ro/ro ship suitable for domestic offshore navigation mainly to carry passengers, cars, heavy duty cars and container trailers. The ship is designed to be steel weld construction with bulb bow, inclining stem, transom stern and twinskeg. It shall have watertight door and a set of vehicle ramp in the aft end, a watertight door, vehicle ramp and a set of guard shield in fore part, movable slope ramp in port of midship and elevating platform in starboard for roll on/roll off vehicles. The ship is driven by two medium speed diesel engines through two controllable pitch propellers driven by gearbox, which has two flap type rudders, a bow thruster and a pair of retractable fin stabilizers.
