General Description
The vessel is designed as an administration vessel and for special purposes and sail in unrestricted navigation area. Its mission is to defend the national marine rights and interests, and undertake the tasks entrusted by the international convention and improve the inspection ability and decrease the marine traffic accidents and protect the ocean environment.
The ship is all welded steel hull, with double continuous decks. The ship is equipped with two medium V type four stroke diesel engine, double CPP, double rudders and the platform of helicopter and hangar, bow thruster and two non-retractable fin stabilizers.
