Two 62000 ton multi-purpose heavy lift ships named by Huanghai Shipbuilding

On July 26th, Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. held a naming ceremony for the two 62000 ton multi-purpose heavy lift ships "Baofu" and "Wanfu" built for Haihan Intercontinental Shipping Co., Ltd. This ship is the fourth and fifth of the six 62000 ton multi-purpose heavy lift vessels built by Huanghai Shipbuilding for Haihan Intercontinental.
The two 62000 ton multi-purpose heavy lift ships, Baofu and Wanfu, have a total length of 199.9 meters, a width of 32.26 meters, a depth of 19.3 meters, a design draft of 11.3 meters, a structural draft of 13.5 meters, and a service speed of not less than 14.4 knots. The ship is equipped with 5 cargo holds, adopting a large opening and box shaped structure, with a maximum hold length of about 40 meters, and has two cargo hold decks. The vessel is equipped with three 150 ton crane and one 100 ton crane, which can flexibly load various sizes of heavy equipment cargo and containers. The large load capacity and container structure design are suitable for the transportation of various types of ordinary dry bulk cargo. The main and auxiliary engines of the ship are equipped with SCR systems, meeting the NOx TIER III emission requirements and obtaining additional marks such as intelligent ship and green ecological ship.
