Environmental Impact Assessment of Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.'s slipway and shipping terminal project, public participation before approval

1. Project Name: Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Ship Runway and Shipping Terminal Project
2. Construction location: North bank of Shidao Bay in Rongcheng, Weihai, south side of the new factory area of Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd
3. Construction content: The project adopts a pile foundation permeable structure to build a 374m west shipping dock and an 80m south shipping dock on the south side of the new factory area of Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. It also adopts a gravity throwing stone embankment structure to build a 10m west slipway and a 40m east slipway, a 43m gravity block structure to build a protruding dock, and a 43m gravity caisson structure to build an upright shoreline. The total excavation volume of the project foundation trench and harbor dredging is 203400 cubic meters, of which 76700 cubic meters of rock drilling gravel are recycled for project construction, and 126700 cubic meters of silt and sand are transported to the offshore dumping area outside Sanggou Bay for dumping.
The total investment of the project is 180.67 million yuan, including 1.07 million yuan for environmental protection investment and a construction period of 12 months.
