Construction content: The project adopts a gravity type sunken box structure to build a new vertical quay wall of 72m and 8m in width on the southeast side of the old factory area of Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and a pier of 260m and 28.8m in width will be constructed along the existing pier. A gravity type block structure will be used to build a new pier of 282.6m and 28.8m in width perpendicular to the existing pier on the northeast side, and a gravity type block structure will be used to build a new pier of 120m and 15m in width perpendicular to the existing pier on the northwest side, as well as dredging the harbor basin.
The total investment of the project is 310 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is 823000 yuan, accounting for 0.27% of the total project investment, and the construction period is 24 months.
